There are two reasons why this is hard:
- Printing on food paper usually means restricting yourself to one or two ink colors.
- Even if you could use four inks to make blends the way an inkjet or color laser printer does, precisely lining up the inks is very difficult when printing rolls of paper at very high speeds.
